Today, Carolyn explained her philosophy about a simple 30-minute walk being not just good enough, but great. There is much research to support that we don't have to knock ourselves out with cross-fit or barre classes, but that walking (movement in the most natural way possible) is quite enough to confer many health and wellness benefits.
