Weight loss isn’t a typical topic here on Wellness While
Walking. Perhaps you’ve heard the advice to “eat less, move more,”
in order to shed unwanted pounds. Even if that worked for all
(hint: it doesn’t), not having laid the proper foundation first
dooms it from the start. Let’s dive in a bit today, to find out
what other ingredients are key if we’re hoping to lose the
still-present Quarantine 15, or simply take the next step on our

- Go to the icons at the bottom of the screen and choose
“search”
- Search for “Wellness While Walking”
- Click on the SHOW, not the episode.
- Scroll all the way down to “Ratings and Reviews” section
- Click on “Write a Review” (if you don’t see that option, click
on “See All” first)
- Then you will be able to rate the show on a five-star scale (5
is highest rating) and write a review!
