We introduce Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), and what one user found about her daily mid-afternoon piece of fruit. We talk a bit about food combining and about remaining open-minded (with an embarrassing anecdote about the host's close-minded reaction -- fortunately, it was quite a few years back, and she takes full responsibility for her mindset!)
