Former personal chef to the stars James Barry joins us to talk about cooking, meal planning and the nutrients we’ve been missing by avoiding organ meats. He’s developed a versatile seasoning called Pluck that makes it easy to add in some of the nutrients organ meats provide. We’ll dive into the history that led us to forego eating truly nose-to-tail, and then let’s dip our toes in the offal waters together!
